All photographs and content on this site are copyrighted by Alex N. Jose Photography unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to view and share links to the site, but reproducing, downloading, or using any photo for commercial purposes without prior written permission isn't allowed. For print inquiries, licensing, or collaborations, reach out via the Contact page.

Licensing and prints

Photographs on this site can be licensed, for editorial or commercial use, and many are available as prints. A licence is given in writing, for a particular use; nothing on this site grants one by itself. To ask, use the Contact page: say which photo, what it's for, and where and how large it will appear, and you'll hear back with the terms and a price.

Accounts and comments

Signing in (via Google) is optional and only needed to comment, reply, or like a photo or comment. You're responsible for what you post. Comments and replies must not:

• be unlawful, harassing, hateful, or threatening
• infringe someone else's copyright or other rights
• impersonate another person
• be spam, or posted by an automated process

We may remove any comment or content, or restrict an account's ability to comment, at our discretion and without prior notice - most often in response to the above.

Prohibited use

Beyond the comment rules above, you agree not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or the services it depends on, scrape or bulk-download content, upload anything malicious, or submit false, abusive, or automated (bot) content through the contact form.

Third-party links

Links to Instagram, Threads, and similar third-party sites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex N. Jose Photography isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
