A Metropolis Dawn
Portfolio · 14 April 2026
A panoramic view capturing the vast scale of Tokyo at dawn.
Dominating the right side of the frame is the towering silhouette of the Tokyo Skytree, standing tall against the painted sky. Below, the intricate mix of modern apartments, office buildings, and the distinct rooflines of traditional temples creates a beautiful tapestry of old and new.

About
I'm Alex N. Jose, a photographer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm a software engineer by profession. When I'm away from my computers, I go looking for frames in nature: landscapes worth slowing down for, and worth the time it takes to compose them well.
I also specialize in large, stitched multi-row panoramas, made at resolutions that can cover a whole wall: right for offices and other large spaces. Almost every photograph here is available as a print, and for licensing — reach out to me via the Contact form.
